The service you are booking is an intuitive healing session.  The provider/healer/reader is a skilled professional. The healing session is defined as an alternative healing practice and as such we comply with SB-577 Health: complementary and alternative health care practitioners. 

 

What we do…

 

We provide complementary and alternative care to healing arts services licensed by the state of California. Our services however are NOT licensed by the state. We employ alternative health care providers who have engaged in their own personal study of alternative health modalities.  The education, experience and approach of each practitioner is listed below. 

 

What we do NOT do…

 

We are not licensed physicians or health care providers and as such we do not perform/participate in any of the following:

 

• Conducts surgery or any other procedure on another person that punctures the skin or harmfully invades the body.

• Administers or prescribes X-ray radiation to another person.

• Prescribes or administers legend drugs or controlled substances to another person.

• Recommends the discontinuance of legend drugs or controlled substances prescribed by an appropriately licensed practitioner.

• Willfully diagnoses and treats a physical or mental condition of any person under circumstances or conditions that cause or create a risk of great bodily harm, serious physical or mental illness, or death.

• Sets fractures.

• Treats lacerations or abrasions through electrotherapy.

• Holds out, states, indicates, advertises, or implies to a client or prospective client that he or she is a physician, a surgeon, or a physician and surgeon.

 

 

 

Today you are booking your session with Cara.  Cara has a wealth of experience in various alternative healing modalities.  She brings her extensive education and experience to the healing session.  She holds a M.A. in Counseling Psychology, a M.Div. as well a PhD in Transpersonal Counseling.  She is a master of various esoteric traditions, is a certified Reiki master, certified yoga teacher RYS 200, and is yin yoga certified.  She has traveled the world and sought apprenticeships with master healers and shamans in India, France, Mexico and the US.  A natural intuitive and medium, she uses a variety of approaches to her healing practices with her clients.  Her approach is eclectic and highly intuitive, and each session is tailored to meet the needs of each client.  She teaches alternative healing courses on a broad range of topics: aromatherapy/ EO blending, native and organic gardening, wildcrafting, meditation, crystal frequency and their uses, as well .  She also hosts a biweekly meeting for spiritual seekers and practitioners.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

a.) I am solely and exclusively responsible for the choices that I make with regard to this Healing relationship, as well as the Healer’s recommendations and input;

b.) I am solely and exclusively responsible for my own mental health, physical health, business decisions, and any other actions or inaction I choose to take;

c.) The Healer is not liable for any result or non-result or any consequences which may come about due to my relationship with the Healer;

d.) Healing is not a therapeutic relationship nor a medical one. The Healer may not provide therapy or medical services and I am responsible for procuring these services at my own will and discretion if needed.
